NC-Double-Eh Schedule - Feb 24

Tonight we a heavy game schedule with four games that should ticket your fancy:  Devoe Joseph and Minnesota take on 3rd ranked Purdue, Jared Mintz and Lafayette take on Army on the road, Andrew Nicholson and St Bonaventure take on Fordham and Maurice Joseph and Vermont take on conference leading Stony Brook.  All huge games for all teams.  Check out who else is playing tonight right here now ...

8:30pm (3) Purdue @ Minnesota­ – this game will not be an easy one for Minnesota.  They are looking like they are bubble team at best and a win here against a ranked team could put them over the hump.  Devoe Joseph has been playing excellent in the starting role and this maybe a showcase game for him after coming off a nine point, four assist performance against Indiana. 

7:00pm La Salle @ George Washington

7:00pm Lafayette @ Army – Lafayette is playing its second last game of the regular season and they could really use this win.  It will be a tough win since every road game in the Patriot League is a tough one and with Toronto big man Jared Mintz still on the mend, it will be tougher.  Despite his recovering from an ankle injury, Mintz pulled off a Willis Reed managing nine points, four rebounds, three blocks and a steal in 25 minutes off the bench against rival Lehigh.  If that is an indication of how well he’s feeling, this could be one to watch.

7:00pm Buffalo @ Akron

7:00pm Hartford @ Binghamton

7:00pm St Bonaventure @ Fordham – in what could be seen as an easy game, the Bonnies should be able to beat the winless Rams.  Andrew Nicholson had a great one in the must win against La Salle a few days ago putting up 24 points and eight rebounds.  This game should be similar to that one for him. 

7:00pm Bucknell @ Lehigh

7:00pm Vermont @ Stony Brook – this game is a must win for the Catamounts.  Stony Brook is on top of the America East and a win here ties Vermont for that spot.  Maurice Joseph has been great during the last seven games, coincidentally the team’s winning streak, averaging 13 points and two rebounds.  Look for MoJo to have a good one here.

7:30pm Albany @ Maine

7:30pm Central Arkansas @ Nicholls State

7:30pm Marquette @ St John’s

8:00pm Southeastern Louisiana @ Texas A&M-CC

8:00pm McNeese State @ Sam Houston State

10:00pm Cal Northridge @ UC Santa Barbara
