Jan 2
Maine @ Boston College
Stony Brook @ Boston University
Holy Cross @ Central Connecticut State
Pitt @ (5) Syracuse – every Big East Conference game is big this season and in this one Rautins and Joseph should shine against a very good Pitt team.
UMBC @ Vermont – MoJo is always worth watching because he could just about go off any time on the floor.
Gonzaga @ Illinois – after the big win against the Sooners to close out 2009, this game should be another statement game with all Canadians playing big roles.
St Bonaventure @ Marshall – always watch greatness develop so try to find this one.
La Salle @ Binghamton
Richmond @ Bucknell – Bryson Johnson is turning it up for Bucknell and is making a case for conference Rookie of the Year.
Bryant University @ Cornell
Iona @ Niagara
Howard @ George Washington
James Madison @ Northeastern
New Hampshire @ Santa Clara – Traz should have a field day against New Hampshire.
Citadel @ Savannah State
Detroit @ Loyola (IL)
Minnesota @ Iowa – Devoe against a good perimeter defense makes for a great show.
Stetson @ Lipscomb
Texas A&M-CC @ (2) Texas
Central Methodist @ Central Arkansas – Central Arkansas point Imad Qahwash has been playing better over the season.
Army @ Portland
Florida Gulf Coast @ Belmont
Tennessee State @ Eastern Kentucky
Elon @ Navy
Sacred Heart @ Fairleigh Dickinson
Nevada @ Louisiana Tech – Olu has had two big games this past week so this one should be just as good against a very good team in Nevada.

Cal Northridge @ Pacific
UC Santa Barbara @ UC Irvine
Arizona State @ USC
Utah State @ New Mexico State
Idaho @ Hawaii

Question
Happy new year! Ray I was wondering if you could interview a couple people, namely Wayne Dawkins from Phase 1 and Ro Russell from Grassroots Canada? It would be interesting to hear their takes on the success of Canada Basketball and if there are any plans to integrate their programs more with Canada Basketball.
Happy New Year Mystro ...
I hope your New Year was good.
I’ll look into getting those interviews in the coming months. I know Wayne is in Toronto so it should be easier to get him as oppose Ro. I’ve been meaning to talk to Wayne about the high school basketball situation in Canada and Ro would be a good source for that as well. Stay tuned for those in the next while.
