Despite positive moves, Raptors still require patching...

I think we should applaud the efforts of Brian Colangelo for the moves he's pulled off in the off season in efforts to try to get this team to compete at an elite level with the remaining teams of the NBA.

I like the acquisitions of Jack and Belinelli at the guard position and even  getting Reggie Evans for toughness.   But I'm still not convinced resigning Bargnani is going to translate in him bringing his game to another level.  I think it's still very important Colangelo acquires a tough center that will provide the team with more toughness in the paint and help open scoring lanes for Bosh....
