Workouts for Friday June 5
The following players are expected to be in attendance for workouts this AM:
Jonny Flynn, Guard, 6-0 - Syracuse
Jrue Holiday, Guard, 6-3 - UCLA
Chase Budinger, Forward, 6-7 - Arizona
Damion James, Forward, 6-7 - Texas
Alade Aminu, Forward, 6-10 - Georgia Tech
Goran Suton, Forward, 6-10 - Michigan State
Obviously Flynn and Holiday are the biggest names from this group but there are some other interesting players as well.
We'll have a full post a little later this morning breaking down each prospect.

Thanks for the breaking news Franchise. Judging from this list, the Raptors are going to acquire a 2nd first round pick mid-late round, something that we all pretty much expected. I am not sure about the roster spots though, as we are pretty committed, so maybe Bryan has some trade lined up in a 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 scenario. If Rasho and Delfino come back I have no idea how he would be pulling this off, but they do not call him the legomaster for nothing. If he moves Bosh, which would likely bring in additional players, unless it is a straight-up swap for Amare, which I can't see but you never know, this would even complicate things even more.

Love J-Fly (aka Johnny Flynn). He's gunna be a spark plug on the floor. Raps need a guard like this. He'll off set Calderons style, which will provide Triano with more options.

I do not understand where the rumour that the Raps are going to sign Rasho is coming from as signing him makes even less sense than signing Delfino and Parker. Maybe Bryan will sign Lamond Murray and Tracy Murray too. Hell, the real reason they signed Alvin is so he can run the Point again.

McGateway, from Doug Smith June 8th RE: Rasho coming back. I would consider this stronger than a rumour given its source.
I think I should probably put this under some ‘save-get’ key on the old keypad because the question comes up almost nightly now, it seems.
Yes, My Favourite Marcin is a pretty good back up centre. Yes, Marcin Gortat is a free agent.
No, the Raptors are not going to make a pitch for him.
Before anyone gets all hot and bothered about any fours or fives out there, consider this:
Chris Bosh, Andrea Bargnani, Kris Humphries, Rasho Nesterovic, Patrick O’Bryant, Nathan Jawai and – doubtful but maybe – The Legend Pops Mensa-Bonsu.
That’s the front court. Four of those six guys already have guaranteed contracts, Nesterovic is still a very likely probability and even if they don’t do Pops, they’re full in the front court.
So, yes, Gortat’s good; no, he’s not "on the radar" unless things change dramatically between now and July 1 and that’s about 99.9999999 per cent not going to happen.
