Manny Arop and Bol Kong
Hey guys, just wanted to check in and say thank you for the four Canadians you shipped down to us! Specifically, Mangisto Arop and Bol Kong have recently been outstanding. Manny had 10 points, seven boards, and six assists last night in limited action. His efficiency has been remarkable thus far. He’s still a bit buried in the rotation for some reason but I expect that to change or I will begin to write Mark Few personal e-mails.
As for Kong, his maturity over the year has been amazing. Last night he was only 1-4 from the floor but pulled down seven rebounds himself and is really working hard on both sides of the court. His knock coming to Gonzaga was that he only worked on offense but he has improved on defense and is really doing all the little things. He is slowly working his way up to being Gonzaga’s first man off the bench this year.

thanks for the update Zach ...
I must say that I’m very impressed at the four of them this year. Outside of Sacre, I was not expecting the other three to really make a big contribution at all to the team. Manny has been surprisingly effecient in his limited minutes and Bol has stepped up of late after the early doghouse situation. Keep us informed for any new things on the two, and Olynyk as well.
