Magic - Raps - Let's Do This!
Andrea’s going, although he missed practice yesterday.
And yep….no Bellz…that’s tough.

Raps game on a lazy Sunday afternoon?
Yes please!
I just have a bad feeling....
about this, but let’s hope they surprise.
They have been solid on home court!

WHY?
Would the Raps extent an invite to VC to celebrate 15 years? And why are we celebrating 15 years?!

Jose
The think about Jose is that he is pretty lethal on the offensive end and now that he has some athletic wingmen to feed the ball too you are seeing even more of his game.
Unfortunately his defense is so bad that it over shadows what he is accomplishing offensively. If he could even be slightly better than a stop sign on the defensive end he would be up for all-star consideration.

He still has that scary speed to break guys down in the post, but now he has the patience to draw the foul each time too.
He has to find a balance, I mean you normally would not want him (or anybody) to hold the ball too long
He really is....
he made Howard look like a pylon.

The first half....
all in all pretty solid.
Bosh and Bargs have both played very well. The defense has been ok (quick hands) and the Raps got Howard in foul trouble. On the “to be improved” side of things….the Raps still need to close out on their shooters.

Raptors defense
Raptors offense is all good. It’s on the other side there’s just tooo many times, quite notably #8Caldron, we abandon the man to follow the ball which of course will be returned to the unguarded man and we get violated. Even if it happens only once per player per game, that’s good for 10-15 points against us and -oh …look! how much are we losing by on a regular basis? I think once we correct AT LEAST this element per game we can look forward to improving our point averages and a shot at the play-offs.
