It's Official - Bosh Gets All-Star Nod
Although it was widely reported yesterday that Chris Bosh would get voted as a reserve for this year's NBA All-Star game, the results were made official less than an hour ago.
Joining Bosh on the Eastern Conference squad will be an incredible four of the five starters from the Detroit Pistons, Vince Carter and Paul Pierce.
The West's reserves were announced as well and Ray Allen, Tony Parker, Dirk Nowitzki, Elton Brand, Pau Gasol, Kevin Garnett and Shawn Marion will be facing off against Bosh and his Eastern Conference teammates.
The Raptors therefore will be sending two players to this year's event as rookie Charlie Villanueva will be participating in the rookie/sophomore contest.
In tomorrow's media watch we'll be looking further at Bosh's selection and monitering commentary from around the league on the picks and snubs.

Well deserved. Hopefully this is another step in showing Bosh (and his representatives) that he'll get noticed for his outstanding play, even in the Great White North.
